How to make a wedding stationery order for my wedding

HOW TO ORDER

If you would like to place an order then please email me at hello@brookestationery.co.uk or give me a call on 07855652350
outlining a few details:

 

1. The stationery items you would like to order and at what size.

2. What your quantities are for each of the items you would like to order.

3. And finally your contact details. (Both email and telephone)

 

I will then send you an email with a quotation within 48hours of receiving your request. If you are happy with your quote and would like to go ahead, then I just need to request a few further design details including the wording you require.

I will take a 20% deposit and then I will then make a start on designing your personalised items. I provide you with two digital proofs. The first proof is for you to review and then notify me via email of any alterations. Once we have made the first set of amendments we will then send you a final proof. This may differ slightly for bespoke orders.

I will then invoice you with your final amount once you have proofed and approved your final pdf document. Payment is made via bank transfer (banking details can be found on your invoice). Once I receive your payment I will send your receipt via email.

The next stage is the print room! The turn around time is up to 3 weeks. I print the designs with traditional foil print machines, unless you have opted for another printing method making every item of yours hand crafted. (If you need your stationery items sooner then please request).

Once printed I hand package your items and either deliver your items personally or via 1st class Royal Mail.
