DELIVERY

 

All orders are delivered FREE of charge within the UK. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. If you live within the County Durham area then I may personally deliver the goods to you depending on my schedule.

 

ORDERING

 

To place an order please contact me directly either by telephone or email. I will then send you an email requesting you to outline a few details on all the design specifications you require. Once I have all the information I need, I can make a start on your personalised order.

 

PROOFING

 

I will provide you with two digital proofs. The first proof is for you to review and then notify us via email of any alterations. Once I have made the first set of amendments I will then send you a final proof. If for any reason you need to make any further amendments there will be a change of up to £10.00 and for every proof there after. I rely on the client to ensure all personal details and layouts are correct - in particular; spelling of names, so please check thoroughly.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

 

As soon as you have approved the final proof and made payment then your order is ready for print. The normal lead times are approximately 3 weeks from receipt of payment.

 

PRICING

 

Brooke Stationery reserves the right to the change prices of our products without prior notice. I also have the right to refuse orders at our discretion, for example, if there is an obviously incorrectly priced item (£0.10).

 

PAYMENT

 

I will invoice you with your final amount once you have proofed and approved your final pdf document. Payment is made via bank transfer (banking details can be found on your invoice). Once I receive your payment I will send your receipt via email. 

All prices on our site are in GB pounds sterling.

 

MISTAKE ON MY ORDER

If you notice a mistake after your final artwork has been approved, please notify me ASAP via telephone. There will be an added charge of up to £10.00 to alter and set up artwork for print again. If the printing process has already begun, unfortunately a new additional order will need to be placed. I will do my utmost to stop the process as soon as I can.

 

IMAGES & PRINT

 

Please be aware that foil printing is traditionally printed by hand on manual machines therefore very slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. All photography displayed on Brooke Event Stationery website are to give you a guide on what my stationery looks like. Please be aware that colour variations may appear slightly different on certain devices. I do my utmost to make sure my images show a true representation of all of my items. A sample pack is available on request, so please call me if you would like a pack sent out, please note there is a charge of £5.00. This cost will be deducted off your final bill if you go ahead with an order. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

Due to the stationery being bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges and can only do so if items are faulty or damaged. If you have requested a bespoke order, paid a deposit and no longer wish to go ahead with the print, again I cannot refund your deposit as this cost covers the time spent in designing your artwork.

 

If your items have arrived damaged, or an incorrect item has been delivered, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt of your parcel. I therefore advise that you check your order on receipt. Damaged items need to be returned to us. Once we have received

the goods I will reimburse you with the standard cost of returning items. (Please do not return damaged goods without contacting me first).

PRIVACY

 

I respect your privacy and all of your personal information; I will only use your details for communicating with you regarding your order/enquiry etc. All of your information is confidential and kept only by Brooke Stationery. It will not be provided to any third parties and only disclosed if required by law.

COPYRIGHT

You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any of Brooke Stationery's original artwork designs. I may use work we have created for clients for publicity or social media although I will never show or include client's full names or full event details. It is the responsibility of you (our client) to obtain any relevant copyright permissions for any imagery, quotations, etc supplied. I will not be held responsible for any breach of copyright supplied by client. 

COMPLAINTS

I take complaints seriously and will fully investigate to solve any issues. Please be aware that if any inappropriate comments are posted on social media that I feel are offensive or contain false information, I have the right to remove these comments.
